Greeting to all our Veterans, 

The Washington State Command Council and National Association for Black Veterans, Inc.  would like to invite you and your family to attend the: 

National Day of Honor, Saturday, May 27, 2023. 

This event will be held at the Star Center, 3873 South 66th Street, Tacoma, WA 98409,  from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. 

This year’s Honorees will be the Gold Star recipients and Armed Forces Veterans. 

“Any surviving spouse of any person of the United States military who died while a member  of the armed forces of our country, or who died subsequent to such service as a result of an  injury or disability incurred during such service, shall be eligible for membership in the  chapters of the Gold Star Wives of America, Inc … It recognizes the sacrifice that all Gold  Star Family members make when a father, mother, brother, sister, son, daughter, or other  loved one dies in service to the nation. The Army recognizes that no one has given more for  the nation than the families of the fallen.” 

This event is FREE, but donations would be appreciated. 
However, we honor all veterans for their service.
